My New Motif XS8
Просмотров 149 тыс.16 лет назад
Just having some fun on my new Motif XS8. I noticed there weren't many user videos of the motif so I wanted to show a few of the many great sounds. Most of the playing is in Eb / C / or C blues to keep everything pretty smooth
Loving the background music
Thanks for this useful info
You saved me with this! Haven't played a C key for year because of this issue. But after using the pencil, I needed to clean the with alcohol a bit, to remove the dust. It's working again!
You can buy a "conductive ink" pen to make a lasting repair I would guess, the pen uses silver or copper in its "ink"
Thank you so much ! I had a problem on one of my Keystation 88's key. I followed your tutorial and I repaired it, it now works perfectly !
Thank you 👏👏👏👏PINK FLOYD FOREVER✨✨✨
Bro what is that board name.?
Сдул пыль от карандаша на клавиши.Сразу видно профессионала.
It worked for me! Thanks bro
Sir I have roland go key 61 keys piano and rubber key is damage how I can repair, please tell me from where I get the rubber key.
Thankssssss!!! So wonderfull 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Love you man....❤✌️
This is a workaround and does not work long-term.The contacts can also be completely damaged. The keyboard and rubbers must be cleaned with Isapropane alcohol.
I cleaned contacts with alcool isopropylique 99,9%, and it works. Is your method better than mine?

"With the Yamaha PSR-740, it can happen that after using the USB emulator for some time, the keyboard suddenly stops working. All keys become isolated, producing no sound. Other functions remain active, but all keys, both white and black, go silent. The strange thing is that if you use the MIDI interface and connect the keyboard to your PC under the control of a program like Cakewalk, for example, the keys regain their sound. However, as soon as you turn off the PC or close the program, they go silent again."
عرفنا كيف ننظف الازرار كي تعمل لكن ان كانت الازرار فاصله من المصدر كيف نعرف انها فاصله وكيف نحدد مكان الفصل ونصلحه and thank y
A soft graphite pencil? Genius!
Sir can I use electronic conducting paste instead of graphic pencil. It conducts very well
Does charcoal soft pencil can used?
Covering the contact with pencil lead, is something that will only last a few days or a few hours... the most recommended thing is to apply a drop of conductive paint on the contacts, where the paint will always work fixedly there, especially on the contact rubber, it doesn't have to be on the keybed... and if the problem persists (which is difficult, the conductive paint solves it by itself) just buy a new rubber... I solved all the problems with the keys on my keyboards using conductive paint... I never had to buy any sets of rubbers again. Last tip, NEVER, NEVER, disassemble the keyboard with it connected to the power... the static can damage both the keybed and the motherboard.
I'm having trouble plugging in the rubber conductor💀
Big help brow...:) thanks much..🙂🙂🙂🙂
I thought Graphite was something to use in the acoustic piano, never thought that the digital piano also need one. But probably it needs the real Graphite rather than the pencil, it’s an ok substitute but only in a short time, that’s what i heard. Btw it really helps, about using the Graphite in the digital piano, i might need one. Thank you.
After replace all rubbres i have few super loud keys. Trick with pencil works perfectly. Thank you :)
Fixed for 1 week)))
Hi, can you assist me in finding the service manual for Kurzweil SP76 Stage Piano? Thanks
TQ sir
Very good knowledge ruclips.net/video/yzbMi-it0j8/видео.html
pencil did not work for me. i used a more pure graphic. it's called powdered graphite lubricant. brushed it on with a little water color paint brush. it's a dry lubricate. worked great. ps. don't spray contact cleaner on certain types of switches and faders. this is how I messed up my midi board in the first place. oops! ' thanks for helping. great video.
Thank you that was most helpful...
Figured I’m going to get in trouble by unscrewing and taking apart my piano, I took off a mandolin tuning post to fix my ukulele but my grandma found out. No electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass, or mandolin,
I wasn't looking for this, but this was still so helpful!! Thanks!
Listening to FLOYD is essential to this process I am sure :)
What if a key is too loud....Technics KN6000
Amigo tengo un yamaha SY99 le conecto audifonos a la salida de audifonos y el volume se escucha muy bajo que podra ser ?
Isn't the issue in the rubber side, not at PCB side?
My repaired piano casio keyboard ruclips.net/video/adsLoMxJMS8/видео.html
why wouldn't you power it down and unplug power before taking it apart?
What did you actually do to fix it? Draw on the contact surface with a 6B pencil?? OK, I have a Terratech MIDI keyboard here that is very similar to your KORG keyed, just half the rubber nobs, and the lowest E just latch when played and won't stop until I hit it hard and fast multiple times...I'll try contact spray first. The Yamaha MTS I got her also for repair is like yours, 2 middle keys are dead, 1 comes and goes...I might try your pencil trick on that :)
mine does that none of the keys sound just randomly and then i have to turn it off and on and i get a blinking red light :( it's a yamaha p-35 :(
